Mission Bistro Reopens to Delight Silicon Valley Food Enthusiasts

Silicon Valley's culinary enthusiasts and food connoisseurs can now celebrate as Mission Bistro makes a comeback at the Freeberg Hospitality Management Building.

SANTA CLARA, CA -- Culinary enthusiasts and food connoisseurs of the Silicon Valley have a reason to rejoice as Mission Bistro reopens its doors in the Freeberg Hospitality Management Building. Following a brief hiatus, the student-led culinary venture is set to welcome patrons every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting February 27.

Stepping into Mission Bistro promises an immersive experience as aspiring chefs bring their culinary dreams to life. The carefully curated menu, spanning cafeteria-style entrees to grand opening specials, is a testament to their dedication. Notable highlights include the innovative "Bistro Smash Burger" and the tantalizing "Sweet n Spicy Cauliflower Florets with White Rice and Cucumber-Kimchi."
 
Mission Bistro, hosted by the students from Hospitality Management, is a culinary initiative dedicated to providing a unique and memorable dining experience. With a commitment to culinary excellence, Mission Bistro showcases the talents and skills of aspiring chefs while fostering community connections through the joy of good food.

In its opening weeks in the 2024 Spring Semester, affordability takes center stage at Mission Bistro, with pricing ranging from $9 for the Sweet n Spicy Cauliflower Florets with White Rice and Cucumber-Kimchi to $14 for Korean Short Ribs, White Rice, and Cucumber-Kimchi.

Also, don't miss the Bistro Smash Burger, which is two patties smash-grilled with caramelized onions, aged cheddar, brioche bun, seasoned fries, and burger garnish, for just $10.
